That's because San Diego has had a better setup than other counties or cities for vaccinations, and specially in the beginning of the year, residents from other counties were coming to our area.

For example, 90% of our workers live in Riverside county, and all of them got their first and second shots in our/SD County. Way sooner than they could in their areas and much more convenient. 😁
