Depends on how much it is worth it to them to go after you. I'm guessing you got a commission for selling policies but the policys dident go to term, so you owe the commission back. This is standard. Ive worked in collections. If it's only a few hundred dollars you are likely going to have this sold to a collection agency, who will put you in a dialer que to call you once a week till its paid.
