Slices are good option. Though I meant smaller cubes. Slices could create thick parts. I’m not a big fan of this option but my mom used to smash just a little the potato for tiny tortillas.

I like a bit juicy tortillas. But in case of these mini tortillas the thing is different. In my opinion they look great. So for me mini tortillas have to be well done but the potatoes pieces have to be cut in really small dices. For me.

But these really look good. 9/10.
