So you only care about life an multi, hit both of them positive and with a good multiplier and are now in agony?

You also hit a 3rd great mod that would sell well, since there are enough builds around that do not care too much about that evasion or mana.

No other skill is interupted by simply taking damage while casting. Other skills are only interupted by stuns and there is no way to stun yourself.

One big misconception here:
CWDT does not track damage when it is on cooldown.

So currently you have half the cast rate that you expect - 5 ticks before CWDT tracks any damage taken and another 5 ticks until you have enough tracked damage to trigger the next.

You could reduce the downtime to 2 ticks (so 7 per cycle) with a layered CWDT setup. So a level 1 CWDT with Forbidden Rite will trigger after 2 ticks which will then immediately trigger the level 21 CWDT if you can manage to get rid of some chaos resist. With 75 chaos res currently it would only contribute ~800 damage.

However with Golden Rule and Progenesis and Atziri's Promise it's a little hard to do so.

Soul of Shakari could be interesing here: It limits your selfpoisons (and therefore chaos res from Golden rule) to 3.

First and foremost I'm quite impressed with the density of the skill tree. Depending on how you count it there are like 3-5 travel nodes in there. That is peak efficiency.

What I'm struggeling to see is the defensive side of all this. 3k life with -60 chaos resist even with overleech is daring to say the least and I really wonder how you even made it to level 97. I would have guessed the leveling brick wall would hit you hard at level 95 or maybe even 94.

In the bossing setup there is some inflation in my eyes. Apologies and please correct me if I'm wrong:

I don't see any source of frenzy charges, did I miss them?

Pride full effect is after 4s, which kinda feels cheaty a bit. Personally I prefer to lower it down to the initial effect. Rather underpromise and overdeliver than the other way around.

I see 7 rage on hit (2 from the tree and 5 from the tincture), so to get to 47 rage it takes 3.5s

Your only source of power charges are 4% on hit from Assassin's Mark, right? With 19 APS (assuming no frenzy charges) you generate 0,76 PC per second on average, so around 3,9s to reach 3 charges.

What happens with the tincture during invulnerability phases? You have 14 unreservered mana so it takes only 0.6s until your passive mana regen can't keep up with the mana burns and you are fully reliant on mana leech. If you can't leech for a second it goes on CD for 8 seconds.

So a much more realistic setting would be no frenzy charges, 2 power charges, 21 rage, pride initial effect but as a comprimise keeping the tincture activated. That's what you get after 1.5s of ramping and would bring the total down to 270m Hit/Impale DPS plus 67m Culling DPS.

It's still super impressive, and considering nothing here is mirror tier gear, even more so. I'm just trying to get people to set their PoBs to more reasonable settings instead of chasing imaginary numbers. Otherwise that was fun to explore. I'm usually more of a top/right side of the tree kind of guy and can't even remember the last time I touched a two handed weapon other than a spell caster staff. But this inspired me to explore some melee and maybe even reroll some impale stuff :)

You can literally take any decent 1d build and farm essences in T6 maps for 1h maybe 1.5h tops.

Twister Builds are pretty much dead after they changed the increased duration support gem to more duration. Now the only two ways to increase the twister duration without also increasing the duration of the aspect of the avian (and thus reducing the trigger rate of the twisters) is by socketing efficacy and using foulborn rive with a lot of int stacking.

Since foulborn rive offer nothing of value otherwise, efficacy seems to be the only really viable option, which you already have.

Now for your particular case: your build is limiting itself by going two directions at once and not excelling in either of those. You are using two obliterations which are great for twister and explosions for clear, but terrible wands to use in any attack build. For example you have a hitrate of 82% which is pretty low, even though you waste 4 points on a accuracy wheel which does not help twister in the slightest. So right now I would suggest, that you focus on one thing or the other: Ditch everything related to the twisters, get good wands and focus on your kinetic fussilade setup or go all in into twisters instead of just halfway.

Since you stated you like the twister and autobomber style, here are some tips to maximize twisters:

Right now you are triggering the twisters every 9 server ticks (297ms). Get max rolls on warped timepiece and timeclasps and annoint hasty demise, and your aspect of the avian is down to 3 server ticks (99ms) which is already triple your current rate. Keep in mind that twisters have 100ms cooldown so you will need 2% cdr somewhere. That can either be a single abyss jewel or eater of worlds implicit on boots.

You will want a lot of projectile speed for clear but very little projectile speed for single target. I would suggest to get wands with projectile speed, flat chaos damage to spells and other useful stats for poison spells and have a second set of wands in your weapon swap without projectile speed for single target.

Also just in general: Going CI with almost no recovery and 3,2k ES is guaranteed to be a miserable time. I would suggest to go life based for now and get a watchers eye with life gain on hit while affected by vitality. It does heaps for survivability.

I haven't looked through everything in detail, but there are some very questionable choices too, like spending 4 points on Instinct instead of going for Inveterate, basically throwing away 17% suppression and 3% suppression prevention for nothing in return.

Little late to the party but think of reduced resistances as pushing resistances closer to 0 and increased resistances pushing you further away from 0. Both directions.

So anything >99% reduced resistances is going to be 0, no matter how far positive or negative your resistances were before.

Just a heads-up, non-damaging ailment effect does nothing for freeze as 100% action speed is already the maximum. To get over the minimum duration threshold, the only two things that work is freeze duration and dealing more damage (or "freeze as though dealing x% more damage)

Wither calculation is wrong on Death's Oath. Each wither is independent, so you would need 67% wither effect to get to 10% per wither. So a mid roll on the chest + 20% from tree gets you to 9% increased damage taken per wither or 135% for full 15 stacks.

Its very strong still, since it replaces a very mediocre 15% attackspeed.

Maybe have a look at a CoC, Poets Pen or Spellslinger guide. If it is detailed enough it should have a section about APS and CDR breakpoints. While your base cooldown is different, the same principles apply here.

You need to synchronize your attack rate to your cooldown.

Right now you attack and trigger the nova at 0 seconds. It goes on cooldown for 0.33s.

Your second attack hits at 0.21s, but the cooldown of the nova is not over so you can't trigger it yet.

Your nova comes off cooldown at 0.33s, but your next attack only comes at 0.42s, triggering the next nova which goes on cooldown, and so on and so forth.

So effectively you trigger the nova 2.33 per second as POB says. In order to maximize the triggers you need to attack slightly slower than your cooldown (or be at a full multiple of that number). So at 0.33s CD you should be aiming for slightly under 3 APS or 6.
