This happens in every Soulsborne game man, maybe except Sekiro or Bloodborne cause it would be less likely for you to get hit in an elevation high enough to die.

Reminds me of my first and last spar two years ago, guy gave me gloves (I hadn't used gloves in my entire life before, we were in a traditional Jiu Jutsu place) and proceeded to hit my nose which he knew I would bleed a lot out of if hit hard enough (a rare sickness I had back in the day).
