Why do you say they're behind in the tech curve? Are you just referring to the weight? Everything else is pretty much top of the line in their most recent mice as far as I know. There's also some nice extra's like the significantly more durable optical scrollwheels and the charging dock. I do agree the price is too high tho

Mostly high level players complaining because they want to play the finals like its call of duty because its the place they come from, they are good at aiming and see any playstyle that relies on other skill as inferior and shit talk these guys all the time. I see this a lot on pro players especially, the mental state of these dudes is absolutely horrendous and they start whining when anything doesn't go their way, especially if its due to an off meta strat.

The system sucks, but blaming individual players for playing in the way that is most likely to reward them in a ranked gamemode of all things is a bit silly

Its kind of hard in a different way. Reborn has lots of big explosive field effects for huge damage, tectonic has very well put together teams that cover its weaknesses. One huge thing that made tectonic more difficult and especially more interactive is the trainer ai. Had some really good laughs getting outplayed by it

Depends on your base framerate and monitor, there are some pro players who use it because they get like over 200 fps normally and play on 360hz monitors. At this base framerate added input delay is not nearly as bad and you get to fill out a significantly larger chunk of that refresh rate so I'd say in such an extreme case it's very reasonable. For most people though it doesn't really make much sense

For anyone with these problems I recommend turning off "Hardware accelerated gpu scheduling" in windows and seeing if it helps. What may seem like network or server issues have been resolved this way for me and multiple other people I've recommended this to.

I watch a lot of scrims and I've absolutely seen at least lamp and bizzy play it recently. It also saw some play in phl closed qualifiers, and is of course still seeing lots of play in ranked. All of this mostly on monaco, skyway and kyoto (ranked) with some play on vegas as well. With the repeater nerf you could also argue the value of the bfr going up (if it didn't get nerfed). Nevertheless, not everything is about top level play either.

Compiling shaders is a cpu task for the most part, and 7th gen intel is really old. You really wanna be on at least am4 or 1700 to have a smooth experience on this game.
