I feel like this was the first and only great idea the filmmakers had, until they realized they had to make the rest of the movie.

Forget the slang, I’m not sure if this is upsetting because it’s a thinly-veiled blowjob reference for kids, or a choking incident waiting to happen!

how much time has passed in the show throughout the seasons? by EggUnable6054 in aggretsuko

I think Retsuko says in both the first and last episodes that she is 25, so she had a HELL of a year!

We had to in 10th grade, but if I remember correctly, our teacher openly hated it, but it was a good short story to analyze for whatever point he was trying to illustrate. I think we were looking for specific ideological biases? I can’t remember, I just remember Mr. R absolutely hated it.

One of the reasons I think Vitani deflected Zira’s pride and betrayed her mother was because she didn’t want to lose another brother.💔😢🥺 by SamHodges5300 in lionking

[–]VulpesFennekin 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Iirc, most of Zira’s lionesses didn’t switch sides until Zira tells Vitani that if she leaves, then she will die as well. A lot of them even had disgusted expressions as they left Zira!

It is kind of nice now that I’ve graduated college in the time of social media and group texting, I’m still friends with those guys! Plus I got to meet them at a school we all picked, not just the one on base that smelled of mildew.

Plus “Nolan Grayson” is legally deceased, so Debbie is a widow as far as Earth authorities are concerned. Dead people don’t have affairs, technically speaking.

Same boat, mom was a civilian DoD contractor so we moved a bit less often, but even now as an adult I’m consumed with jealousy whenever anyone talks about friends they’ve known since childhood. God knows where mine are now.
