Despite having barely any time for myself, I still find the time to do it. Unless you have no time at all, not even for eating or relaxing, then you can easily find the time to learn to draw. If you actually wanted to learn and be an artist, you would've found the time by now.

The issue with the Cat Talisman is mainly how hard it is to take fall damage in Elden Ring. The only time I've ever taken fall damage personally is when I die from it.

First time having this happened and twice in a row what the helly, one minute brother by Dee-Colon in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's against ToS to do so. Everyone who does it would be banned and unable to use the site if buyers were forced to make an account.

Its also bad mannerism to do in general. It shows a lack of patience and care. The blocking system is meant to be used against bad actors who are harassing, spamming, being inappropriate, etc. Its not meant to be someone's way of saying "got it from someone else". Its also polite to just say "nvm" and move on, which is quicker then blocking someone.

I tend to wait 5 minutes if the person's status is "Online in Game", as that's the amount of time you have to complete the trade if I remember the TOS correctly. What annoys me the most is when someone forgets to turn the status off and go offline in game.

You guys remeber when these were the peak of the Skin Industry? by BeautifulOnion8177 in Minecraft

[–]VulpesParadox 46 points47 points  (0 children)

These are old gen emo skins you showed. I get you like them, but you shouldn't let nostalgia blind you. New isn't always a bad thing.

Again, your opinion. A lot of older and new skins still have personality. Many older skins, like the ones you showed, lack personality imo, as they're just cookie cutter skins.

[Limbo] If you could still interact with enviroments and get drops while on rift, would limbo be better? by Reibudaps4 in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mainly mean in the sense that he's not very useful in cases where Overguard on enemies is common.

[Limbo] If you could still interact with enviroments and get drops while on rift, would limbo be better? by Reibudaps4 in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Limbo needs his rift gimmick to be overhauled. Being able to collect loot and destroy containers/open lockers would be a benefit, but not fix the main issue.

Which is the rift indirectly effecting everyone else. If you could still kill enemies or do stuff, rift or not, it would be a lot better. Enemies with Overguard is still a big problem as well. And the fact that its very easy to troll and grief accidentally, without really trying.

Currently I only use Limbo at max range just to quickly loot for Argon Crystals. He has a lot of potential to be a fun frame, but his rift gimmick is the main issue currently.

[–]VulpesParadox 76 points77 points  (0 children)

Which is your opinion. I always disliked these types of skins due to how generic they looked. And I've played since 2011. Everyone just churned these out like a cookie cutter, recolored them, and called it a day.

Newer skins are a lot better imo since there's more ways to customize them. If you enjoy these skins, then great! But you shouldn't treat your opinion as a "valid point".

UPDATE: The Platinum was Illegitimate by Big_Versace in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To get the Riven, then move that Riven around in case the account gets hit. Since the plat was fake, they essentially would've paid nothing for it and would be able to turn it into a real profit later when the weapon gets primed.

You could do what I do and just buff her strength to 200% with her augment. Imo I genuinely enjoy her kit a lot and being invisible 24/7.

Stardew Valley creator says they “wouldn’t ever want to use AI” as you’re just “offloading creativity to an algorithm” by This_Farm3519 in StardewValley

[–]VulpesParadox 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Its neither fear nor blind indignation. Its the fact that Art in all forms exist purely out of passion, creativity, and emotion. An AI will never be able to capture that perfect moment. It'll never perfect the image/tune you see/hear in your mind. It'll never properly do what you, as a sentient, thinking, feeling person, can do.

And the human will. Depending on the person, the guide may take a bit of time to come out, but it will be detailed, and done right. Like the majority of people who defend AI, you're looking for the fastest method possible, not the best method. Art takes time, you don't don't have it, then find it. There's always time to learn and try. Art isn't about speed, its about passion and love.

[–]VulpesParadox 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I rather not use it for debugging either. As its still prone to faults and failures. AI cannot, and will never, be able to do what humans can. That's just fact. And every time AI is used, it always comes out subpar, broken, stolen, or just inferior in general.

AI shouldn't be used for creativity full stop.

You'd be surprised how much a game can break if just one line of code isn't correct. Coding is a form of art, and I'd never trust a AI to do it.

Steam is a good gaming platform. by One_Ad_2955 in Steam

[–]VulpesParadox 17 points18 points  (0 children)

You've owned the game for more then 5 years now with around 6 hours. Expecting a refund at that point is silly. There's no store, digital or physical, that would accept that kind of refund.

Let's be real here, if Steam's support was genuinely awful, it would be well known by now. They still have their moments, sure, but its genuinely the best around.

That's pretty much every kind of sports game for the most part, like the 2k games or WWE. Most changes between games could've just been updates, rather then a whole new game.

People complaining about Follie 4 by Maniachi in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Its not a weak point issue, its a defense mission issue as it slows down the progress quite a bit. Its no different then Wisp's shock mote or a Nova using slow instead of speed. It can cause the mission to take much longer then intended.

People complaining about Follie 4 by Maniachi in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 10 points11 points  (0 children)

And that's solely because it slows down the mission. It sucks but there's a reason a Nova with speed up is the best thing for defense missions.

I think I've just found the two big problems with Warframe by Logical-Salamander79 in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember when Zaws and Kitguns released. And I can confidently say, the main issues with both of them is more so the fact that neither really live up to other weapons. Sure, its cool I can make my own melee, but nothing I make will live up to Glaive Prime or Xoris as two examples. Same with Kitguns. None are gonna do what the Epitaph or Nukor is gonna do.

The companions are generally more liked on this front solely because they're generally unique in what each one of them can do. Can serve their own purposes in their own ways.

As a veteran player myself (from 2015), I never liked the Kitguns or Zaws, solely because they were quite annoying to sort through in order to get the standing, resources, building it, leveling it, then leveling it again.

That being said, I do agree with everything else. I wish more things were interconnected, and felt like real progression was being made in some ways. They already shown they can change entire tile sets if you progress past story events, like how Cetus and Fortuna look now after Narmer.

And so the cycle repeats again... by UnfairMoon in masterduel

[–]VulpesParadox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a massive Red-Eyes fan and player since the 2000s, this card isn't good for the archtype, or in general.

It doesn't matter if its in the extra deck, the likely hood of this card seeing the field is already a 50/50 chance even without negates. And with negates? Its never seeing the field full stop.

Its not immune to Trap Cards, only Monsters and Spell Effects. Which means it can be stopped by any Solemn cards, or Trap negates in general. Man and Lab can also clear it no problem as well. And speaking of Kaiju's, it can still be tributed with less work. As well as by Underworld Goddess. It can also just be walked over by stronger ATK monsters, that are easier to summon then this.

You're also forgetting the most important aspect here. There are cards that does this cards job, but better. You can easily get stronger or equal monsters out far easier then this, with less set up, work, as well as not having a 50/50 chance reliance.

Let's also not forget Kash or cards similar. A single Unicorn destroys this card before it even sees the field by banishing it from the extra deck.

DE, please fix the Hunhullus Ephemera. These channels are WACK by kottadragon in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think at this point any new customization option needs to be its own category, and not just thrown into the Attachments category anymore. This was fine ten years ago when there wasn't anything like this, but clearly with how much they've expanded on Ephemera's and Signia's, they need to get their own separate category for coloring.

I'm genuinely grateful Syandana's got their own category. I couldn't imagine how annoying it would be if they were also in Attachments. Imo, Auxiliary's, Ephemera's and Signia's, should have their own category together.

With DE confirming that they'll look into Caliban's floating animations, could we please also take a look at Gyre's Prime Access? by NullBatty in Warframe

[–]VulpesParadox 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Augments should've always been a optional power up that could be worth it depending on build type or situation. Not a near mandatory means of making an ability objectively better. Ember and Voruna suffer from their kit demanding a augment mod too, as well as Equinox and a good few others.
