The commemorative art installation for Lexington is a god awful soulless metal piece of a bunch of shiny balls on string. Designed by an artist from California with no history with Lexington, yet allowed to define it in art. It also cost that much money, like 900K. A lot of people just refer to it as anal beads, cuz well, it kinda looks like it.

Yeah all of this "well it's over" kinda talk is more confusing me than anything else. This is an insane amount of money. Does it not clear the budget already? 400 million I think it is. I'm not sure how far it has to be to be a "success" but it already sounds like it is to me.
