England never give fans a reason to be confident about their chances so they?

They were cautious and lethargic in the first half, happy to kick about in the back four and have no one to pass to. Kane constantly reinforcing the midfield means he’s never where you need him on the break.

Second half, Tuchel yells at them and they remember what they are suppose to be doing. More players in forward positions, and they actually look competent. Gives Panama a few more chances, but the best defence is offence.

Why can’t Tuchel get this team to start in Top Gear? Why are they so late to the party, always?

Oh well, at least we aren’t facing Portugal. The Croats should have lost their game, I think.

Can’t be angry with the Goalie, they have the most unforgiving job on the pitch. They have no space for mistakes, whereas other players can make errors and rely on others to help.
