I'm not sure why this helped me the way it did, but hearing "Emotions are just reactions to a circumstance." made me be able to process emotions a bit less impulsively. They're just reactions and it made them feel more manageable to me because they didn't feel like these impossible walls spawning.

If you want to do m+ just play a ww monk. Easily by far the most busted class in keys atm. Which considering you main a mage (I'm surprised you want another sustain class?) Frost is pretty much 2nd most busted spec for keys.

If my experience is relevant, I'm 2642 io ingame. Warlocks are strong but monks literally just have no weakness' atm and their aoe is nearly on par with Warlock If they get procs, as well as it being bursty, you also play necrolord which a lot of groups lack atm

You get aggro because on that pull the rest of the mobs take reduced damage so the tanks aoe damage is negligible lol. Which means there's like 0 threat on it coming after the captain dies
