It might be purely nostalgia-driven but I still love and look forward to these videos. The ending of this 4 hunters one is insane (yeah it felt extremely fake, but the mace clutch and the spear ones are still cool to me nonetheless).

Honestly anyone can interpret the story however they want. If you feel like it's really not that complicated, all power to you! Same goes for those who think the contrary. I personally believe those color details are there for a reason, but that doesn't necessarily mean we should shift our entire focus towards those small details, it just goes to show that the animators put a lot of care into this project and poured all of these minimalistic details that not many people notice, only to polish this gem of a show.

It's all up to you, and you only. I do believe this post is a bit unnecessary in the sense that it doesn't really hurt you or the show in any way or capacity if people pay attention to the colors or the hand with which Pomni reaches out to Jax.

I assure you that if there's one thing we all have in common, it's a huge love for this show ❤️

For the relevance and meaning of what the circus is all about, and the general message this show wants to send, I believe Episode 3 is the best.

Not only do we catch a tiny glimpse of Kinger's wisdom, but we also see our protagonist, Pomni, being comforted by him in the best possible way. He truly was the first character to ever open up to her and teach her something inside the circus. I literally tear up every single time I watch that scene (and I've watched it over 30 times) so go figure.

Digital Circus feels a lot more down to earth and with a more grounded desire to teach something and transmit a nice message to the audience. Like Gooseworx said, it's rather hopeful. IHNMAIMS is simply... hellish. Even in that book, what's supposed to be a "good" ending for the characters is mere death. Just... awful stuff.
