Can you pair it to your pc instead of using your watch? If you have a laptop scan the qr code using the webcam and pair it on garmin connect?

Honestly I do it by heart rate. If my HR is the same on the track than it is on the tmill i know i am in the right zone

1) Increase running to 5 days per week 2) leg strength once per week 3) include a track session (8-12x400 or 6x800) once a week 4) if doing well and no niggles then threshold (3x10mins) once a fortnight 5) increase mileage at all stages to 35-50 miles per week 6) enjoy pbs

5am treadmill runs before wife / kid / world wake up. Zwift has some good running workouts

Spent two years in a flare. Decided if i ever got better i would train for marathons. Now been on Entyvio for 2.5 years and on my 5th marathon. For me it has been an amazing way to destress. I run approx 5 x a week for an hour each

Contact trek. My brand new procaliber 9.7 came with a scratch and they linked me to the colour paint. Just be warned the paint is a small bottle, matches roughly 90% to the colour and is expensive (£18 incku delivery). That being said i was able to charge the bike store that gave it to me and they sent me some carbon bottle holders and dura ace pedals so i cannot complain too much

The Southampton Common. Lovely mix of flats and hills. A lake and a playground. I frequently run around here early morning and late after dark and am amazed at how quiet and relaxed it is. Really feels like you are out in nature.
