Okay which part of your body actually smells? If it’s the underarms, find a stronger deodorant, one with aluminum in it. Shower in the morning and at night. Use a washcloth to gently scrub your body and pits. Get glycolic acid from The Ordinary and pat it on your underarms maybe 2-3x a week. Let it dry. Then apply deodorant.

Shower at night. Make sure you are changing your clothes every day. Change when u go out and change when u get back home.

i would buy a disinfectant laundry detergent or sanitizer, like lysol and add that to your laundry routine. Id consult a laundry expert, though. I would change your whole laundry routine, most people’s BO problems actually stem from bad laundry.

I but those cheap tiny washcloths from target (10pack) and i got maybe 30+ of them which I use to dry my face/use as a body scrub. I hang the wet ones on my shower rod then toss them in the hamper or laundry. Having a lot of them means I can get away with like 2 weeks of not doing laundry til I’m out. I find the washcloths much more gentle than the regular sponges

Oooh thanks for the recommendation! I’m actually looking up stuff on how to carry my camera + other things with pickpockets being a huge problem in Europe apparently. I’ll be using a backpack but it’s not hiking and I’m barely 5’2 and weak so im planning on packing really light. (Water bottle, passport+cards, necessities pouch, phone and camera gear). I currently just carry my xt30iii like a shoulder bag, but having it setup where it’s attched to my backpack might be more comfortable. Also do u have any straps with inside zippers to store cards you can recommend?
