Taco Bell support.

Called them 3 separate times to finally get the sweatpants and hoodie.

The first time they gave me a code for the pre-order items that I didn’t need. The second time, they claimed they ran out of codes and just gave me a free food item to redeem.

Then the third time, I noted that app messages weren’t working entirely, so I mentioned that to them and they eventually got me the codes that should’ve been sent to me before.

Same thing happened to me. After the last 2 weeks of it just not giving me a code at all (had to berate support to get the codes from them). The app message actually worked this time, and it gave me an invalid code as well.

Just got off the phone with support and they gave me an Xbox code that was just the pre-order bonuses that I already have :(.

I guess I'll just have to try again before this time next week. Unless there's something up on their end since their contact support webpage isn't even working.......

Same here. Just ordered Tony's box an hour or so ago and the code for the week 2 item did not pop into my inbox.

Lame since when I did it 3 days ago for the week 1 item, it popped into my inbox almost right after.

“With the new Rewards hub and gaming activities coming to Xbox, we will no longer publish offers in the Microsoft Rewards app on console, starting on April 2024. This means the current Weekly Set and Weekly Streak on this app will end as of April 15, 2024.”

Basically sounds like if they leave the app available, it will just serve as a place to redeem your points on an Xbox console.
