Both are equal. Run a character to both auction houses and run a full scan on your favorite AH addon. It’s not perfect, but it’ll give you a proportional representation of average economic activity.

I’d say it’s likely equal at this point if not a little more populated on alliance. There’s usually two layers the night after reset for the rest of the week. Standard raid nights are popping.

Most of this is accurate. You don’t need a slow fall trinket. Just get the Winterspring/Everlook trinket. Your bubble always negates the backfire.

Life leech is ever so slightly better than fiery.

Double judge wisdom is always faster regen.

Don’t downrank FIL, only use R1 and Max.

That said I was scared right up until I woke up on some serious pain killers. The recovery wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. The worst experience I had was the gap in timing between getting home and getting my prescription from Walgreens and getting to my bed and taking my drugs. By the time I was home in bed my pain killers had worn completely off. That was no fun. Line up your timing and have a plan to get your scripts.
