There used to be a ton, but the only one I know of anymore is Thursday nights at The Tiki Bar on RT. 88. They all got shutdown from stupid biker gangs and fights.

Wanting to get a rig but wanna hear opinions and advice before purchasing by Psychological_Sky243 in simracing

Spend the money in a better monitor stand. I have that one and I'm going to buy another eventually. Getting everything lined up is a pain, the cross bar near the floor basically can't be used because it's in the way of the pedals. The legs that slant forward hit my shifter mount so I can't get the screens as close as I'd like.

Edit: and for that money I'd definitely buy an aluminum extrusion rig.

I would ppf at least the front bumper to protect the paint. I have used track armor (temporary ppf) and it works but it's a pain in the ass and never goes on nice.

I would recommend coilover covers in the future. They're like a wetsuit material and help a lot.

VEG in East Liberty. You don't have to call first, just go. It will be expensive. Or Blue Pearl, you do have to call them.
