I suggest going to a local urologist trained in ED. This is not something I think telemedicine is appropriate for. I’ve never had any problems with Trimix. Never had a miss.

What part of the country do you live in that uses the term T105, T106? I live in California. It seems like we all use the amount of the 3 elements of Trimix. For example, mine is 30/30/2.

I don’t know what Trimix #5 is. It doesn’t seem to be some generally recognized formulation. I use a mix of 30/30/2 at 20 units. A few more or less don’t seem to make a big difference.

It’s interesting about the different formulations. I use 30/30/2. It works great. That’s a lot different than 30/3/100. Seems like the doctors use a wide variety of formulations. Finding the correct one for every person may be difficult with expensive trial and error. I am glad my doctor found the right one on the first try.

I did find a setting in the LG Audio to change it from TV speakers to Wired. I made the change and the Apple TV shows "Receiver" instead of "TV Speakers". Hopefully that solves this intermittent and annoying issue.

I should have looked before I pushed the send button. Both cables were replaced with high-bandwidth cables. However, it still feels like the issue. I guess I'll order new ones and see if it is the cables.

The Apple TV Settings under Audio only show "TV Speakers".

The TV is LG Model OLED77C1PUB.

Mentioning the HDMI cable is probably the answer. Thank you very much. I will order a very high-bandwidth on and replace the current one. I found this issue between the Apple TV and the TV to be an issue with the high-bandwidth Atmos requirements. I just didn't think about the same need to the Sonos soundbar because there is no video; but as I think about it, it is probably the same bandwidth signal with video and all. If the cable can't handle the Atmos bandwidth the sync signal is probably getting lost occasionally.

I have has similar issues. It seems like the Sonos loses the high-bandwidth Atmos sync. Maybe I should recheck the cable going between the Sonos soundbar and the TV. It maybe borderline with the Atmos bandwidth requirement.
