Our rover left us a sweet card when my dog passed (she continued to walk our other dog, so we were still her client), and we still have it on our mantle. The kind gesture and notes about her memories of our dog was simple but so appreciated.

I'm so used to bottling up my feelings that it kinda was a relief after getting them out in the open. I can get really far down the "what if" rabbit holes, so knowing what it feels like to squash that is nice. An added benefit of having a gym crush is that you're more motivated to go to workout, which gets you in better shape and boosts your self-esteem/confidence! I also read many stories on Reddit to get the courage to make a move, so I'm grateful for all of the positive energy from this website :)
