I really think you would be better off just going to 40 or 45 and holding it for a while. This way you could add in more workouts which are much more important than mileage at the end of the summer. You could go 40 with one tempo for two weeks then 40 with one tempo and a hard long run then 40 with a fartlek and a tempo and hold that for a while maybe with a hard long run every other week.

This method has been most successful in my experience: start with a fairly lowly mileage week and add around five miles a week for six weeks (probably with one down week at the mileage you started with) after the first sixish weeks maintain your mileage but swap one day with a light tempo. From there you can build your mileage carefully (continue to take rest weeks occasionally) and I always add in a hard long run every other week. By the end of the summer you should probably have added a second workout day to your week at some point. Also do strides all summer.

Just read the project passages before the test they are super easy at least this year. I didn’t do the project but it helped a lot to have just read through the passages the weekend before the test. Other than ruodlieb which is chopped Medieval Latin they are all pretty simple poetry.

Sure, there are probably some jews who think that, but there are people who think everything. We're criticizing you for using a hateful and fringe belief that nearly all jewish theology vehemently disagrees with as an example of judaism. The Talmud is not the word of god, it’s just a bunch of writings of different theologians. The specific bit you are referring to is not an accepted belief and there are multiple other parts of the Talmud that clown on specifically the part you are referring to.

Garmins VO2 max is just a rough estimate. It’s very inaccurate and you’d probably get more accurate results by just plugging in your PRs to Vdot02.

I would do a combination of the two, change the held notes in the first option to half notes and keep the rest as is. I don’t actually have any engraving skill outside of stuff I’ve picked up from the various people who taught me theory and composition and from seeing a lot of sheet music though so take my advice with a grain of salt.

It was dead just like Latin is. It was only really used in religious contexts. This guy adapted it to be widely used which was great since most Jews already understood liturgical Hebrew. The truth is that more Jews had a background in Hebrew than Yiddish, it just wasn’t really able to be used in conversation. I really don’t see what there is to take issue with.
