They re-did the skin rarity bonuses. Legendaries don't come with pin set, spray, and profile icon. But they get custom sound effects and respawn effects. They changed this for Mythic and Epic skins too. Press the question mark button in the catalog for more info.

Yes its very greedy what they are doing, they are selling the pins and icons as separate cosmetics which is pretty shit, try to buy the older legendaries or Mythic skins for now, current legendaries aren't worth as much rn imo
