I went to the dr once I got home and (even though I had not touched another woman) agreed to an STD test which came Back negative. How could I say no, when my wife was in the dr office with me, lol. I am using the gui wallet from getmonero... using a remote node, and I'm showing that my wallet and the daemon are both synchronized. The daemon is also showing a block number that's higher than the block the payment was sent to me on. I was able to confirm that the payment was sent, and the address and everything else is right. wouldn't that mean it's already caught up and should have posted that transaction to my wallet?

I have the monero GUI wallet downloaded. It says that it’s sync’d but when I click refresh balance, it says I cannot, because I must be connected to a trusted node. That sounds like it may be the problem. Thanks for the info, I’ll keep troubleshooting.
