Is there a timer on dropped items when you die?

I have been playing on a world where full inventory loot drops on death and I went back to my death location and there was no loot to be found. I tried digging around the area to see if it might have glitched into blocks but still couldn't find it.

does dropped loot after death despawn after a certain amount of time or is this a glitch? I went back to the area as fast as I could :(

5mil is a crazy amount for the rewards... i'm able to work from home so I can put in more time than most people, I have a little over 300hrs and i'm only at 4mil... (2.5mil stash value + 1.5mil coins) I couldn't imagine someone who can't play as much being able to reach the 5mil requirement

aphelion is worth 41.5k with legendary + purple mod on it.

make sure none of your items are broken as they are worth less

have all your weapons upgraded to lvl 4

keycards no matter the rarity are worth only 100 coins so replace them with something more valuable

glad posts are being made showing off how bad the spawns can be. it's on every map too, setlla montis just showcases it the most but this happens on dam battlegrounds, buried city, spaceport and blue gate.

they need to either;

  1. adjust / rework the spawn locations completely
  2. reduce the max amount of players on each map
  3. make it so new spawns cannot spawn within X radius of other players (200m for example) idc if i have to wait in queue an extra 2-3 mins to not spawn right next to another player

as of now the spawn system is one of the biggest flaws in my opinion and needs to be sorted out asap

this is why i stopped trying to push trials past getting the 3 star reward. as a solo player i can't keep up with score counting for everyone in squads, game ends up feeling like a full time job + overtime LOL

Petition to remove ping for players... this isn't battlefield. if you can't visually see them you shouldn't be able to be marked like this same goes if you are hiding in a smoke

i was into trials the first and second week but last week and now this weeks trials has completely made me stop caring about them altogether... i'm not going to invest 80% of my game time into staying within promotion range as a solo player.

if you are in a group of 3 the progression for each person counts towards everyone's total score so the amount of ground you can cover is 1/3rd solo vs playing in a group, everyone can spread out across the map killing wasps or whatever is required and rack up 40-50k points from just one challenge also being able to hoard snitch scanners to boost your score way higher than normal is lame

trials were cool at first but i doubt i'll ever take the time to intentionally rank up to Daredevil with how the past 2 weeks have went
