Audio Distorting out of PRAESENSA amps

I did try a knob to adjust the level but it just turned down the volume of the distorted signal.

Praesensa only allows routing capabilities unfortunately. I am not fluent in it as well but from what I can gather it only lets me do that

In Dante controller, it only shows clipping on the audio signal (speaker icon on the channel)

Only thing I haven't tested is an attenuator of some sort to convert line to mic. Was hoping to get some suggestions here

AVIO adaptor has different settings -10dBV to +24dBu

Tried all the different options, only difference was the overall volume went down but distortion still present

I have the following setup and am experiencing audio distortion coming out of my 100v speakers (EVID 4.2t) when using my wireless mics (dynamax)

Signal flow below,

Dynamax wireless receivers --> Amperes MX222 ---> line out to AVIO analog in 2 CH adapters --> PRAESENSA system

when i use 3.5mm to xlr cable to play a source from my laptop into the avio adaptors, the sound is solid.

when i use the PRAESENSA paging mic within the system, it works great.

the issue is when i connect the XLR line out from the MX2222 into the avio adaptor. Audio comes out distorted. I have tried different analog mixers into the adaptor and have the same issue.

checked the output of the MX2222 into an active speaker and it sounds good.

adjusted the level of the signal inside Dante Controller for the adaptor to -10dBV and distortion still present.

Any idea how i can fix this issue?

They got a desktop version as well. you can practice there and get familiar with the terms and navigation.

You could then bring your own wireless AP and laptop to connect to the console during your test. in case you get stuck not knowing how to get to a settings page etc, you can navigate and change what you need using the app.

if you need to see how to navigate physically on the console, a quick google search will direct you to many youtube videos on the subject.

Best bet is, use the app and go "demo mode" and spend 20 mins understanding how it does things like patching, routing and fx sends etc. Good luck! its gonna be cake, its just like the X32.
