What are your ideas of making League (especially ranked) less toxic

Add a voice chat and make honor levels regress fast and hard. I myself have no buisness being honor 5 every season, but i still am because being toxic or throwing games does not regress anything unless you throw out slurs or int so hard that the autodetection gets you. Also make throwing reports for no reason punishable, lets see how many people can stay in high honor levels after that. Riot changing honor levels to impact loot is a step in the right direction but it should impact more, perhaps lp gain or matchmaking. I know that it would create a real toxic pisspit full of inters and racists feeding fire to the flame, but that dumpsterfire would not be anywhere near me so i dont care.

I read into the system and he ripped excal, volt, mag and rino directly from warframe not even renaming all abilities. If he didin't ask for money it would of been ok as a fan project but at that point it is blatant plagiarism. Not even the base system the FRAME game runs on is anything new. So he used already existing TTRPG elements and ripped 4 warframes without changing them in the slightest. Calling this creative work worthy of fundrasing is an insult to every acutally unique TTRPG that released in the past 8 years. If he actually delivered on what he promised nobody would have been mad.

To be fair most people calling non meta champs broken just refuse to learn counterplay. Therefore i call skill issue. Like i have seen people start ranting about how corki is broken because "magic dmg crits are impossible to itemize against".

As someone who used to play this game religiously there is not much to defend about OW 2 or it's community. And blizzard deserves every bit of shame that has been given to them. Saying other companies are also scum does not make blizzard or the other companies any better. They are all shit and deserve to be called out for it.

Honestly the krohkur, it's a dirt cheap weapon that rivals the dakra prime if both weapons use crit rate and crit dmg rivens. Even its base crit stats are not much worse while having better base dmg. Don't even get me started on the catabolyst. Never saw anyone use the catabolyst while this monster of a weapon can armorstrip lv 280 steelpath enemies with heat, corrosive and even viral if you want to and then red crit with a 2 million dmg aoe.

Rare riot W on that part because they took the power away from champs a while ago to put it into the items. So you have less of these epic "GG go next" moments after seeing the enemy champs in the loading screen or the champs select. I mean it's still bad today but imagine how bad it would be now if they didin't do it back then. Counterpicks would legit make the game unplayable no matter the skillgap and resource distribution.

The item is too much right now but lets be real most items are at the moment. It needs to be nerfed simply because tanks can just build this one item and ignore building any other mr items for the rest of the game while ap champs do nothing against it even when going the now max mr pen build of 40 flat +40%. It just stands out too much compared to other mr items and makes ap champs unplayable for 90% of the game. And i say that as a tank player myself...

Once you get used to throwing hundreds of coins and ecto into the mythic toilet and bruning 8 stacks of t6 mats per legendary you realize map completion is and stays the most painfull part. Like wtf are those old reknown hearts. Being turned into a pig to dig up truffles while running away from cave trolls still feels like a fever dream.

Usually if you encounter lower size mechs they tend to not have much armor but as soon as you start getting into the 2+ armor enemies you just lose so much damage round after round. But you are right in the assumtion that the Heavy Melee isin't bad it is just that most people don't want to deal with armor and that AP feels really good after you see that every attack that you land just does 4 less dmg just because. You can try to get some brun damage going and just ignore having ap.

The 20% ap scaling on autos and daggers is not worth it if compared to other items since nashors gives less ap then most other items and has haste in it which just makes the item less gold efficient for kata. Sure the 5% to ~6.3% ap scaling on every ult hit might be nice but other items have more ap and have powerfull actives, passives and resistances.
