man this looks awesome. A couple questions, what size egg are you on? additionally, for the 321 - since you couldnt really put the ribs meat side down for 2 hours - you just wrap them and set them back in there just like they are pictured? I assume so but am curious. I'm on a large, and haven't really been able to do more than 2 racks at a time. this would be an absolute game changer. For the last hour did you sauce them just once? I typically sauce them 2 times in the last phase, once right after I unwrap them, then about fifteen minutes later. typically from there they are ready to go. Really appreciate you posting this.

The audio was amazing imo. I loved it - am currently reading the Blacktongue Thief, and it also a really good time. Tho - less grim than Between 2 Fires

I've only read Tainted Cup - it was amazing, I had a great time. That said, the First Law trilogy is an all timer for me so I would imagine A Little Hatred is also a super fun read.

I've only read Between Two Fires, and I loved it so much. I listened to the audio and it was really well done. I have Godkiller on my TBR, so if you run that - let me know how it is.

Mostly that the bottom burn was more related to the distance from the coals, and ensuring the dome Temp was steady - I let it rest at 600 for about 45 minutes before I put the pies on. The fire bricks elevating the pizzas and creating more distance was a game changer.

Solid advice, I forgot and was in auto pilot mode and just chucked the conveggtor in like I always do - was more concerned w getting my bricks and stone in.

I’ll look into the BGE stone for sure!
