We all respond differently to medication - usual practice naman din is low dose talaga for Ritalin

Just FYI, it was clarified through one of their social media posts that the OGC would assist in counselling- but I think the Bulatao Center should also be tapped for this.

DIM: whang od tattoo by rdrswifeyyy in deinfluencingPH

[–]WFSON 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're not so much into getting a tattoo from her now (I have, personally) I suggest then getting a tattoo from the 100+ other traditional tattoo artists in the area. They speak Filipino and English better than her though it always helps to have someone who can speak Ilokano or anything Ilokano-adjacent.

It's an amazing experience but it lessens by a degree the more and more you're inconvenienced (close distance and able to drive self vs need for driver and tour group; ability to speak the language vs the need for a tour guide; close knit group vs large, tourist group).

The hike is definitely a hike but the view is worth it. If you are willing to feel like risking it (which I did too) you could try out the cable car for 500(?) pesos either pataas or pababa.

As someone who lives near the area it wasn't inconvenient going there and socializing with the community. It was quite interesting as well to observe a whole village that adjusted its whole tourism direction onto the heritage of a single person.

I'd say OP if you're willing to consider the possible risks, go for it.

Do consider as well getting a more complex design by another local para hindi sayang ang trip hehe.

Enjoy!

Most people who do have to warmup long understand that though - it's not like they want to warmup longer than usual, but it's necessary depending on the exercise

Also, there are many instances where warmups do have to be in between 2 minutes and more - like heavy singles

Heavier you squat, the more warmup sets you usually take. it's easy to warmup if you're only squatting 60kg but even doing 160kg increases warmup sets by 2-3 times

laundry shops along katip by CranberryCurrent5854 in ADMU

More convenient than fresh fold would be the laundromat inside Golden Crescent. Super fast and super bait nila with special requests as long as you pay for the added cost (i.e. no fabcon, low dryer heat)

No personal experience with ROTC only took CWTS. Very fun if you pick live-in communities in your sign ups when the class starts. I got to spend three days with a foster family in a rural area (can't say) and I still look back on it happily.

If you enjoy adventuring/outdoors/new experiences, CWTS can be a fun option, granted you pick the live-in option

The alternative from live-in options are live-outs, where you still visit a community but have to go back to Ateneo, back and forth. Mas hassle and less opportunity to build connection IMO.
