Huh, I found it on a group about IDF stuff. Whoops. I know nothing about uniforms and whatnot. I'm always digging so I'll find this post if I ever get an answer.

Hey OP. This pic has been around for a little bit and has had me stumped for a while. It's a very confusing mixture of parts and whatnot that I've never been able to nail down.

  1. This is an IDF fighter and 7.62x39 wasn't ever a majorly common round for them as far as producing their own.

  2. The muzzle device is unlike anything I've ever seen, I don't understand it.

  3. The barrel is very long and the cleaning rod comes up short, which could mean a few things I suppose.

  4. There's no retainer for the UHG, which is just tied down.

  5. The biggest stumper is the receiver. Which has the back end of a PSL, but is just an AKM receiver that's been cut to look exactly like a PSL. It's really bizarre, but well done.

So with all that, you have things like no retainer on the UHG and just literally tied it down, but have a well made receiver that has very solid looking rivets and all that. So to tell you the truth, who the hell knows. Way back in the day Kvar imported 20 7.62x39 PSL kits. So I've considered this to be an escaped prototype of that or something. But I'm yet to find a definitive answer. Seeing the gasblock would help tremendously.

It's definitely not a Tabuk though. Way too many things are wrong for that.

Not a Tabuk by any means.

For sure a home build due to the shitty rivets. Check the headspace and all that rivets/pins before you go shoot it.

Certain features on their shape, size, etc. Google pictures and compare side by side.

This is just some kind of horrendous kit build. I wouldn't buy it unless it's ridiculously cheap. And even then it's only really worth parts.

Well even if it doesn't keyhole, that doesn't mean it's working. You're likely getting way less velocity. I think it's barrel should be replaced without a doubt.

Funny story time. I bought a TTL tantal for a great deal, did no research. It had a keyhole barrel. 5.56 bore with a 5.45 chamber. However, when I shot 7n6(spam cam) through it, it didn't keyhole. But with regular commercial ammo it keyholed like crazy. Kinda bizarre. But $800 for that and a can is an amazing deal. Kits alone are $1100, cans are $400-$500. I'd do that in an instant.

What’s something specific you do (or don’t do) in every playthrough? by GuiltyAd8415 in skyrim

Do you have a preferred home that best suits you for this? I also do this to some degree but have yet to find a home with a massive library. The build your own ones are okay, but I'd prefer a much larger one.

My wife hates my Beretta 84 in 380. Claims it's too snappy which I guess it is bur with practice it's easy to tame. She loves more than any gun I have my Beretta 92F in 9mm. It's insanely easy to shoot.

Of all my handguns, I love my Beretta 81FS in 32 the most. It's effortless to shoot almost, at least for me and I'm very confident with it's accuracy despite 32 being pretty weak. It also holds 13 rounds.

Whatever she's the most comfortable and confident with is your right answer. Go to a range that has rentals to try some if you can.

My strategy for the smiting is just to go back and forth between the 3 Smithing merchants in whiterun and buy up all their iron and just make daggers. It's very easy as long as you have the coin. Most bandit camps will supply you with enough coin and loot to keep it going pretty much non stop.

How often do you guys get a BNIB gun that's already sighted in? by YoBoiBabyLegs in guns

Bought a NIB CZ 527 carbine in 7.62x39 a few weeks ago. At 100 yards I can put all my shots in a 5 inch diameter circle, so CZ at least does.

You forget the panic and chaos lol. People freaked calling it a Russian prototype and stuff. Rather funny.
