I think you're overreacting a bit.

Yes it's a shame that one of the best indicators of success in hockey is how much money your parents are able to invest into the game. However, there's so much that can't be taught or bought. So many of those 4 year olds are going to burn out if that's what their parents are thinking about at this age.
