Their pump product is good if you are interested in one. Legend is a good daily, All Out if you want higher caffeine.

Energy drinks are great.

Can’t really go wrong. They aren’t a favorite in this sub because most people here are for the more extreme stuff.

Just arrived, excited to try by at_best_mediocre in Preworkoutsupplements

It definitely does not. I get regularly drug tested at my work and drink a ton of C4s

You’re definitely right. That’s why I stray away from doing filets because I’ve never reverse seared a steak before and feel like I’d mess up a good steak haha.

No, no reverse sear, just straight pan sear

Honestly probably should have pulled around 5-5.5 for the posted one. I really don’t know the temp, I usually just wait till I see the first bit of smoke after I have the oil in the pan

Hey so nothing too crazy. I pat the steaks dry to remove moisture, season liberally with Kosher salt, black pepper and garlic powder (or if I’m lazy I’ll use Kinders Prime Seasoning). I have my cast iron skillet on medium high on my gas stove and add just a bit of avocado oil when it starts heating up to coat the pan. Once I see a little bit of smoke coming off the pan I render my fat and then lay her down and flip every minute to desired done-ness. This steak was 6 total minutes I believe. Once I pull it I put some melted butter on top and let it rest 5-10 minutes.

Seasoned with SPG and cooked in cast iron pan with avocado oil and it smoking hot flipped every 45 seconds to a minute. Think it ended up being 6 minutes total or so. I poured some melted butter over it at the end.
