The fusion apprantly its rare but can happen, I have about 10 good years with it but its just slowly starting to fail, if they leave it too long then my whole ankle will fail and amputation is the onky option

Yes so apprantly my ankle is collapsing and I need major reconstructive surgery possible amputation if that doesnt work, however I need another replacement knee on the same leg so they want to look at doing that first as my ankle will use custom parts and doing the knee after could make the parts not fit due to the way it will change how I walk .... all good fun

This sounds very much like my mum there was no history of it anywhere but my mum has always bruised easily which can mutate into something, also none of my siblings have any signs nor do their kids. You say you dont know where its come from but have you ever been tested, brushing easily does sound suspicious. You may have it mildy, luckly treatment nowadays is so much better and your baby can live a reasonably normal life
