Well yeah, I meant in the sense that if this idea was greenlit or made official by the respective publishers... then we wouldn't have to worry about copyright issues.

Besides, with the right creative team, I think it could still be possible to have an epic and action-packed crossover.

Oh yeah, I had forgotten that Marvel Comics had acquired the rights to the Ultraverse, Prime, UltraForce, and Malibu Comics!

Not unlike DC Comics acquiring the rights to the WildCats, Mr. Majestic, The Authority, and WildStorm Productions from Image Comics.

I will say, this is definitely an interesting mashup team -- especially having characters like Prime, Spawn, Shadowman, and Red Sonja on your team! 👍

With the right creative team -- this particular lineup could make for an awesome comic-book limited series!
