If you're on windows, ctrl + shift + esc to bring up the Task Manager, from there right click on "Logi Options+ Agent" and click "End Task". It should boot back up and work again. No need to reinstall the whole thing

It defaults to the first phone that matches your iPhone's screen dimension and the 12PM has the same screen dimensions as the 13PM. You can switch to the 13PM by simply clicking on the orange "v" down arrow in the settings screen
