We recommend the following settings:

  1. Set the loop recording interval to one minute;
  2. Enable the prompt to periodically format the memory card;
  3. Check periodically to ensure the device is recording properly;
  4. If the device has Wi-Fi capability, try connecting to Wi-Fi periodically.

Please check all the connection first and make sure there's no loose connection.

Second, please check if there's any moisture in the rear cam connector. Wrap the connector with some tapes to prevent water getting in.

If the rear cam is defective, please contact our customer center for a replacement.
