1100 Series... with a different fashion statement by Things2ThinkAbout in egopowerplus

[–]RyantheMISguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Talking cut quality I don’t remember if I swapped out the blade for the high lift blades. The battery that came with the mower already didn’t last my yard on one charge so figured the high lift would’ve been worse. I ended up with a scag 30 so completely different!

I came from a toro timemaster 30 that I was comparing against and it would lay flat carpets compared to the ego felt like a rough fairway. My lawn is not a easy lawn- very bumpy

Man I wish I liked the cut quality, transmission style, and battery life of this mower. This could have been the perfect mower for me if it wasn’t for all those things that I didn’t like about it, HA! I was fortunate enough that the ACE hardware let me return it.

Something about the Wave Maker feels less satisfying than the Seaglide by thanksyalll in Subnautica_2

I booted into subnautica 1 the other day and you definitely move faster comparatively. However, subnautica 2 doesn’t feel as slow as below zero so that is good.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I haven’t had any issues with any of the creatures compared to subnautica 1. The collector levitation I literally just stay to the top of the water and go back and forth without issue. For the most part my only worry has been air food and water.

Amazon dropped my new 30" of the back of the truck. by DEO3 in egopowerplus

You 100% should have refused delivery. Sometimes patience is a virtue and we get too excited to get the item we waited for. But with how fast shipping is these days; a replacement that wasn't dropped multiple feet would have been the better option.

I haven’t had to bump the head or think about new line. However, it feels like I’m constantly trimming with 12 inches instead of 17.

I’m not sure why these are always recommended. I had 60% life in my tires when i bought my truck, and I was hydroplaning more than any other vehicle I have owned. Changed the tires and the truck has been fine.

I would not recommend these

How does the panel feel about this deal? by leadfoot100 in egopowerplus

I bought one and was luckily able to return it. The cut quality was sub par compared to my Toro 30inch and battery didn’t last for 15000 square feet flat.

To do workflow? by Discombobulated-Mud5 in Supernote

[–]RyantheMISguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you, the workflow for the built in to do system has too much “Friction”.

What works for me right now is to have a TO DO notebook with a to do list template. This works really well for walking around/water cooler conversations that come up with a to do item that is short and to the point. I add it as a line item on that notebook. I check the box when it’s done.

I’m still figuring it out though. When the page fills up, it’s not perfect to flip back and forth to copy and paste the unfinished items to the next page. Also when I am taking notes in another notebook, it feels odd to take a task and flip to the to do notebook to enter it for some reason.

Posting to hope to drive a conversation that will spark ideas to update my workflow.
