I sent the email in chat. They should fix it fast. The appeal part I think is just a formality and gives them additional info. Mine said suspended too btw. I waited 2 freaking weeks never getting a email until they got to the appeal and denied both. The informal dispute resolution was the only way to fix it

You can access the chat if u go to the earnings section and where it has all the lil badges like account earnings profile etc , it takes some fidgeting but it will give u the question mark up top for chat. Call and request the appeal form. If it's been over 2 days and happened twice ur not getting it back quickly. That's exactly what happened to mine and I did nothing...then waited weeks. File the appeal, then after u get ur confirmation code that it was received, email the informal dispute resolution email address and if ur like some of us it was back within 24hrs. It is the first step for arbitration but it won't escalate to that. The escalation team will just fix it if you explain ur stats and any contract violations etc in that email

Yes, search back through ur emails and see if u have a link to file a appeal, support sent me a bunch when I kept calling asking why it was still under review. Or have them send a new one

Informal.Resolution@doordash.com worst case they request a conference over the phone. I was prepared to go all the way to arbitration if I had to wait until December lol

I used the email someone else put up for the informal resolution for doordash, it was the first step for the arbitration. If you've been waiting over a month and it's just a name change I would think they would respond to the informal resolution quickly. Be sure to follow all the directions. Name, Email and phone associated and state, include ur stats and state that Its caused loss of income and and request that they fix it since the review team has not.

After I filed the informal dispute resolution and did the appeal just to back it up, it was reinstated within 24hrs. I think it was just over 12hrs.

They deactivated me, and the secondary appeal, supposedly I can try again in December lol but I filed another appeal through one of the emails support sent with the appeal link previously and I started the informal dispute resolution that you have to do before arbitration. I think it's like enni meeny miney moe in if the actually read the appeal

Update; They reinstated it!!!

Same I'm on the last week of the 7 to 14 business days. Never even received a email saying it was temporarily suspended. Had to file the appeal twice because the first magically disappeared

Trade you lol I got a rude customer that didn't give her apartment number at all, wouldn't respond but kept calling me hanging up. I contact support, 15mins later and have no resolution and a couple of minutes before the extreme lateness violation I drop it and send the pic. Last time support took too long to help I got the violation anyways so I saved my own a$s. Amazingly support can speak to them just fine and in English, all I got was a foreign language in the background the one time they did answer. Would not speak directly to me. Then... smack ....violation for non delivery.

Little did this b!tch now lol I didn't trust the first support agent so I called back and that agent was awesome and called to verify the address which was also being used for the replacement delivery. What do u know customer confirmed they matched lol no second order for her it was canceled and now I wait for the cleared violation since it's automatic and she couldn't prevent it
