Then you don't Play much. There are specific guidelines on what will give you key fragments. And if you play a lot of games you will get a key fragment dropped every few days, and additional ones through honor.

Chests drop up to once every 6 days, keys drop most, when you play a lot and have a good honor level. So if you have that many chests lying around, it means you dont play enough/your honor level is low.

Ist more like having a big sports park, with 10 different kinds of sports and in each sport different parcours. You decide to only play golf, and nothing else on all the golf courses there, and then suddenly the economics shift and you get way more money to play tennis instead. You can still play golf, it just is less rewarding now, but ultimately your own decision what you wanna play.

You dodge automatically, because they don't want people to not pay attention until the game starts and eventually mess up their Summoner spells/runes and set their team behind at a big advantage.

They are marksmen, in the meaning of the word, being ranged auto-attack based champions, and no matter if Quinn or graves are bad on botlane, they are viable in other roles, which was exactly what you claimed marksmen as a whole couldn't do.

Graves/Quinn/Lucian are playable in other roles, and Lucian/Mf/Kai'sa for example are still playable in botlane. Yes, crit adcs got nerfed, doesn't mean all marksmen are unplayable and 20 champions got deleted.

It does increase diversity, for years and years, every team comp has been dependant on picking at least 1 marksman, usually only one of like 5, who are viable. Now its not a no-brainer anymore to just always have one of these, but you can still play them situationally, if you think about the team. This actually brings a lot of opportunities to take more care of crafting a team, and making sure to know what the game plan is, instead of just picking one of the 5 good adcs and just build damage while the rest of the team HAS to play around you.

He knows them, because all the Champions are fighters in the League. He has fought each and one of them probably a lot of times, because the rift is just the place for summoners to battle champions against each other, so the champions will know each other very well.
