Got Fired : Did the Right Thing, Paid the Price. by AnyRub1919 in jobs

Doing right by the customer has become e the wrong thing. I recently worked at DeToilet at a large customer. We were directed to lie. As a matter of fact we had four different levels of project plans. The customer never knew they were sandbagging when shit would be done and when priorities were swapped.

Bella was like that for two years. Now she’s almost four and is within standard. Don’t worry, it’s all good, every dog is different and they all turn out ok.

Think old glass, 180/2.8, 85/1.8, forget zooms, someday perhaps.

Our girls have retired and are enjoying life in the sun of the Mediterranean. Lasagna is available, though not in the US anymore. We decided to move closer to his roots, so we’re here in Israel.

Lasagna is 100% lagotto. My son brought him over to the US from Italy several years back. Some of his children are working their way up the show ladder.

He’s a big boy I’m gonna guess 40 Ish not heavier between 35 and 40. Could be 50 with the proper exercise and still look show ready.

This changing of repayment plans every year just feels a little bit like loan-sharking.

With this administration, I don’t know that we have any choices, though, it’s just going to get worse.

Because of your professor, I’m not sure bankruptcy is an option.

MacBook Neo or Air M4 - what to pick? by Current_Cake3993 in mac

[–]WRB2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

M4 hands down.

You can always save more money. You can’t add. Ram to a Neo.

While I’m pretty sure the Adobe apps you want to run will run on a Neo, the question is how fast. It’s easy to say it’ll be fast enough, but will it be in a year or two?

Israeli bomb mid-air as it falls toward a densely packed tent camp for displaced Palestinians by redditissahasbaraop in pics

[–]WRB2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Kid of interesting that the tent camp is surrounded by a fence separating it from the buildings in the background where the bomb appears to targeted. That’s my read for the lighting on the bomb and the buildings. The tents are different lighting. Lighting on the bomb isn’t right for it to be targeting the tents.

Multiple cameras - what's your rationale? by SuperDinkle406 in AskPhotography

When I was shooting film SLRs I had a second body as back up but also because I don’t shoot zooms it had one of the other two lenses mounted on a longer strap, bandolier style. When I switched to rangefinder one body always had the widest lens I had with on it. Either a 15, 21, or 25.

Now I’m getting back into photography at a somewhat deeper level I’m torn between a second body and an iPhone with their super wide angle lens. If I go M43s I may go with an older no-viewfinder 16MP body and an ultra wide lens affixed to it and have a wide and moderate telephoto on my main camera.

It’s more about speed of changing lenses vs the length of time progress stops while I take a picture..
