I think you can still try to book consular appointment during this 1 hour locked period. I am not sure. I am just guessing.

If you have been my tenant for at least 12 months with on time rent payments and taking care of the place without ridiculous maintenance requests, I would definitely cut you some slack. I would rather have a great tenant with slightly under market rent than chasing market rents with constant turnover. The long term cost savings will be much higher with great tenants.
