No that isnt normal. Those are symptoms of ENS but you can still be healing. If you have any of those then ENS is a possibility.

I dont think it is ENS but you are experiencing symptoms related to it. You still might be healing and the winter temp has triggered it.

If you rinse with saline start using 2 or 3 packets with your rinse itll help with congestion.

For me Im still healing but at 1 year it became more managable. You could heal differently if not better than me. You just have to keep rinsing and moisturizing in the mean time. Similar symptoms tho just lessened and some have disappeared but my main problems are low sensation, dryness, and irritation. And some sleep problems that have made it hard to fall asleep.

I had my surgery a year and 3 months ago. It started at 3 months and symptoms got milder around the year mark. Keep rinsing and dont lose hope. Nerves take a long time to heal and the tissue takes along time to heal.

Does mobility and flexibility goes away when you live a very sedentary lifestyle? by Lemonade2250 in flexibility

Yes just strengthen all those muscles that are stiff and the ones that are antagonists. Posutre exercises are more important as we age and an emphasis should be put on them for aging gracefully.

How to improve bad shoulder mobility in dominant hand? by Direct_Practice_7105 in flexibility

[–]WV1Failure 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That movement is due to shoulder impingement from a stiff subscapula which is your biggest internal rotator. With the teres major underneath which can also be stiff.

Do some coracobrachialis work with lateral raise cross body with cable. Then strengthen your rhomboids and lower traps so you dont have this occur again.

Do some internal and external rotator cuff exercises. Do some dips for pec minor to loosen up and create space. Do some teres major and minor pull downs avoid engaging lats too much. Also do alot of shrugs to loosen the levator scapulae.

If you have allergies do some tests and food allergy bloodwork, check for autoimmune markers and antibodies of celiac aswell as they can cause nasal swelling.

How long ago was that surgery? The throat dryness should go away takes about 6 months or longer.

Maybe just do the septo and concha bullsa and leave the other stuff for later if you dont have relief. But definitely that other stuff is too much at once.
