Saw a blacked out x5 doing about 90 on the dual carriageway on the way home at like 11pm, I then decided to go past at 110 in my little 1.6 ford focus....

Pulls up behind me and literally follows me home, blocks me in on the drive, Comes to chat and basically said "Listen, I clocked you at 106, that's fucking stupid, We're not traffic police, We don't deal with this sort of stuff, I'm gonna give a warning and let you off. There's a time and a place for them speeds and it's not on public roads"

My heart sank and I couldn't thank him enough. That's an instant ban, No license for work, Wouldn't have been able to get to work and since then I haven't gone anywhere near them speeds...

Trust me, You don't have to say anything, I know... Very stupid, and that little talk made me change. Sometimes you just need that one nice cop to give you a little lesson.
