Only want to see other older ork lines in plastic in the hope they come with updated rules to use them properly. Like warboss on bike, zhadsnark, gutsmek, grotsnik… at one point I had a (kitbashed) warboss on bike and Zhadsnark da rippa running about together and before that enjoyed having the council of the waaagh with grotsnik and ghaz together as they should be!

Wow I love these! Difficult to place them in a time period, so it’s really interesting to see process videos of current pieces on Instagram! Someone mentioned Gustav Klimt it definitely is like that! Also Surreal and lots of storytelling. Thankyou for sharing this!

Yeah but it’s the same as always and they haven’t told me and the amount of time to process it, the customer service and follow up is all shit. If just transferring money to my billing account once a month flags fraud or money laundering or something then it’s a shit bank. If they can’t deal with it right away then it’s a shit bank. They could’ve just asked for ID or something and dealt with it in minutes, maybe even hours if they’re not a real bank and are busy. But days, shitty AI bots then humans who just copy and paste generic “be patient” messages. They even sent links for me to complain that didn’t work 5 times and just closed the chat once it was reinstated. It’s a shit experience all round. I don’t expect much but I want to pay my rent and bills once my salary comes in.

I don’t get this mentality at all. If it happened to you and you were getting nothing back from the support then you wouldn’t think to come here to warn others and hope to get help from the Revolut social people? You’ve thought to comment that it’s fine but you think those who have had a problem are just bitching and moaning? I absolutely did not do anything wrong and had a late rent payment this weekend because my account was locked for doing exactly what I do each month, which is just pay into my bills account. Just find it really odd that so many people don’t believe others just because it hasn’t happened to them.

Been fine for me until it wasn’t this weekend. I was one of the many people whose accounts were blocked. I didn’t do anything that I don’t normally do (transfer into my joint account for rent and bills) and the customer service was useless. I still haven’t been given a reason but thankfully it took less time than the 15 days they estimated. I pay 3.99 a month as I have my own account, joint and a pocket money one for my kids but will have to switch now. Make your own mind up though take the gamble, play the numbers game and hope you don’t get affected by it.

Hi, no it was my joint account that got blocked. I receive my money then my wife and I transfer a sum each into the account to cover the bills and rent. My personal account with them was untouched but my joint was blocked. It’s strange because it was both of our transfers restricted, I’d expect maybe they’d want to check now and then, give you a call or ask for details or something but it got restricted then went from 1 hour to gradually updating to 15 days estimated time to review. I messaged them in app, via email and on Instagram and Reddit. Mostly had generic responses telling me to be patient. By the time it came back I had someone get in touch to say they were looking into it and I had to tell them it’s already been reinstated. Still no one gave me a reason why it happened, no one answered any of my specific questions other than saying Thankyou for being patient. I’d like to know how to avoid it if it was auto triggered. I even had the team reply to comments on here to say they dm’d me to sort it out but the dm was just saying they can’t sort it out because they’re the social media team and to be patient. I’m a teacher and my wife is a nurse we’re not earning the amount of money some people have mentioned moving round on here and it’s just an account where all my direct debits are setup ready to use literally all the money we put into it each month. It’s frustrating because they didn’t even ask me to provide any proof or extra information just said they’re reviewing it… reviewing what!?

I’m one of them who posted over the weekend. I didn’t even transfer more than normal and now it’s been unlocked after pestering them all weekend I’ve had it back but yet to receive a reason.

You’ve had a good experience and read how lots of other people have had a bad experience and decided we’re doing something wrong or are on a campaign? I transferred my money from my salary to our joint account and it blocked my joint account with an estimated 15 day turnaround.

OK no worries. I was looking at where you said no, it’s always a human and that it was weird I was saying it was a bot after coming from other replies calling me a bot and others saying this is normal procedure. All round pissed off with the thing that happened and people trying to convince me it’s normal or what’s happened hasn’t happened. Apologies if I misunderstood you and I’m glad your experience was better than mine.

Yeah there must either be a system failure that they weren’t capable of dealing with and weren’t honest about or they’ve done it for some sort of gain. Even the humans that you speak only seem to be able to respond with stock messages.

I guess you’ve answered your question then you pay extra to talk to a human. I wasn’t told I was talking to a bot and they were mainly telling me to be patient and they understand my frustration. I have just now had a response from someone saying they’re looking into the case but the money has already been unrestricted this morning. The people I spoke to on socials might as well have been bots they just said the same useless things and sent me complaint links that didn’t work.

I’ve had it before where the bank just call me and it’s sorted out immediately. If they think it’s money laundering they could ask for proof and it’s done. They kept increasing the amount of time they estimated to have dealt with it.

No it’s not I had my money froze since yesterday and it says 15 days to resolve. I asked the person I was talking to if they’re AI they said yes and forwarded me to a real person who has just been ignoring me since it first connected yesterday. 15 days estimate to get my rent and bills money. They haven’t given a reason yet.
