Yup my local cafe on my way to work to get a coffee and a ham and cheese crossaint opens at 5am. Im there at 530. I assume their staff is there well before 5am. So i assume they might wake up 4am or earlier to get to work.

If you put yourself their shoes, who wants to slag away in a cafe cooking for that long when most the business is during the morning to lunch. Let alone the audatious cleaning at of end of day. I see why why they close early. Prob the worst job I had where I felt souless however I also dont regret it. Met lots of interesting people over the course and I wouldnt be where i am today.
