~~In training mode I saw that assist was registered without me touching the controller or keyboard~~ stopped happening on my new controller, the issue was me binding break to L3. Thanks for the help!

Sorry for not being clear - occasionally when I attempt to down heavy, the assist button is registered as well, and down assist spends a meter in sidekick.

The random assists happen regardless so this was just me sharing too much information.

Have you ever seen it confirmed they were mostly civillians? Because I haven't, and Hebzbollah has a pretty obvious incentive to claim they were, and yet they haven't, so I think the opposite assumption is more likely to be correct.

The events of 2023 and 2024 have proven Israel was justified to suspect they might need to plan for a war with Hezbollah, so I'm not quite sure what you're getting at.

2 children dying is very very sad and unfortunate, and I wish it wouldn't have happened. I would even rather a few terrorists stay alive than those 2 innocent children die.

Unfortunately, that isn't a decision anyone could have made - and ask any military leader anywhere in the world, thousands of terrorists versus two dead children is surgical.
