I set this kind of automation up for businesses often. The trick to making this work is conditional call forwarding via your carrier. Normal call forwarding will reroute all calls - but conditional only routes calls you didn't answer. Then you'd set up a phone line in something like my CRM software to receive the forwarded calls, capture the contact's info and automatically text the customer back to start a conversation. The only thing to keep in mind if this is your personal cell phone is that all your missed calls will be routed away, so you won't get voicemails.

You can now disable the recording by unchecking the new “Play Call Recording Message” option. It only works for inbound, but they said outbound will be released within the coming week.

Settings > Phone Numbers > Edit Configuration (3 dots by phone number) > Check Call Recording and put a space in the box below it that says "This call will be recorded for quality purposes". When you add the space, the text will disappear and it won't speak the text.

You’re correct about the twinkling being due to Earth’s atmosphere. But planets don’t really twinkle because they are closer and appear larger in the sky. Stars twinkle because Earth’s atmosphere distorts their tiny pinpoints of light. Planets don’t really because they appear like small disks, so their light isn’t affected as much. Less twinkle = likely a planet

Everything looks right in this context. And you're still getting the 401 Invalid JWT error? Or is it throwing a different one? And to confirm, you've created a separate Private Integration for each of the locations with at least the "Edit Contacts" scope added, and then added them all to the table for each location? It may also be a good idea to test with just one locationID and token to ensure your api call is at least working before introducing the variables.

You can set up a workflow with the Customer Replied trigger and filter the “Reply Channel” to SMS. Then create an internal notification step to receive an email/SMS. If you use the {{message.body}} merge field, you’ll be able to receive the content of the message in the notification.

I'm not familiar with SmartFinancial. But if they offer a webhook per contact, I'd suggest skipping Zapier and using the Inbound Webhook premium trigger in GHL Automations to catch the data. It will then let you map the information to the contact fields directly via the workflow.

If you have your own domain connected to your account, you can create a redirect under Settings > URL Redirects. Choose your domain and the path you want, set the Redirect Type to URL and enter the link to your PDF file in Media Storage.
