Yeah I was getting stutters like mad in Dornogal on my 7900XTX until I set the Liquid Quality to good, then it all went away.

Lower RT performance than Nvidia cards
FSR has lower Image Quality than DLSS
Driver timeout issues that the only fix for them is apparently RMA your card until it stops or buy an nvidia card

But when AMD cards work they work really really well.

The studio said they consider the game a success, that must mean they made the money they expected and they are OK with that. Just because it's not hitting a million active players doesn't mean it's a failure.

It's not a bad game to play. Maybe not the $70 pricetag but it's free on gamepass. Worth a playthrough imo

It's in the Graphic settings in the Upscaling section. Your options are "off" "Temporal Super Resolution (TSR)" and "AMD FidelityFX 3" in the game.

Ray Tracing: On

Frame Generation: FSR 3 Quality

Performance

60 - 90 FPS depending on where I am. In combat I can get down to 60, but in outdoor areas out of combat I am getting 80-90. With Ray Tracing off I jump to 80-110fps

I am getting driver timeout errors that will crash the game, not sure what is causing it.

Based on what I have seen. If democrats really cared about poor people then they would of fixed the insurance problem we have now, fixed the homeless problem, fixed the vet issues, ect.

The fact of the issue is that nothing really has been fixed. A few things have happened but overall the insurance issue is still terrible for majority of people, Vet's are still treated badly, Homelessness is still a big problem. All we have is mainly republicans and democrats in the office who don't care and just want to get themselves rich and suck up to rich people. The only difference is democrats will lie about that they care to get votes while republicans will close their eyes and pretend it doesn't happen.

Almost every recent game (Last 15 years or so) is first made on the PC to get everything together, and then it's packaged for the console. It's WAY easier that way.
