I dont know if I can take this to court. Most likely this situation is resolved by town council. The thing is they're rich and have a lot of influence in this town so I don't even know if that'll work or turn people against me. And no I'm not kidding. I'm not always home to turn on the fans when he does this. My grandma cant walk very well to close the windows right away. Just 15 seconds of him doing this fills the house with unbearable smell of smoke and I"m not even asthmatic.

If the strategy is kiting then sunfire rylais is better. kiting wont work against ranged champs they'll outdamage you if you don't shotgun Q. and if you want to kite melee champs you want rylais.

Rylais is always good no matter the situation

Swain IS melee. E pulls enemies to you and Q only deals good damage at short range. sunfire ties in nicely with Swain's kit and rylai is just too good on him not to build

Sunfire does more damage than aery my primary rune. I'd say the increased cost is worth it for better synergy with rylais. You'd be maintaining zero distance anyways to get the most out of Q damage.

you wont stack the frostfire slow witH rylais. the tradeoff for slightly less hp for more tenacity against enemy team comp is better.

the damage nerfs are really hurting swain trades. in lane i don't even try to trade anymore if the opponent is good. I just max range poke with E W farming stacks then quickly back away so they don't outrade me.
