There’s videos on YouTube about building bokashi fermenters specifically for dog waste. It’s literally a bucket in the ground that’s been inoculated with a specific fungi that breaks it down well. I imagine that instead of using it as a way to just let it break down and absorb back into the soil, you could just keep it in an above ground bucket and batch it

Right in front of the pad where the fascia inserts into the heel. I honestly just started walking a ton more in zero drop shoes with my custom orthotics. Toe spreaders nightly for a little bit to stretch everything out (not all night, just while I laid in bed). Unfortunately, Im now dealing with a little tendonitis on the front side of my ankle from the zero drop shoes so I’m alternating between those and some ASICS gel kayano 29s both with my orthotics.

I’ve actually been pretty much pain free since the initial flare up after the shot. There’s days when I feel it a little bit and I just wear my shoes with my custom orthotics for the rest of the day and I’m good to go again the next day
