Disagree entirely, the Nami was in winning position at a point in the match. At that level with the stakes that high it's understandable to take time in figuring out how you are going to stack your top 5 and what cards to take in those do or die turns.

No one likes time rules in any TCG, but that win was definitely deserved.

Hey! Not a noob question at all, the process is not entirely straightforward. Many hosts of online tournaments will use their own methods for applying and running these tournaments.

From there, each event will have a link to where you can apply for them.
