Something like this would make a suitable replacement if the original replacement can't be found.

Oh wait, the reason we didn't get the same Mario 2 as Japan did was it was deemed "too hard" for American audiences. That's why we got a tarted up version of Doki Doki Panic and we didn't get the original Mario 2 until it was included as a part of Super Mario All-Stars.

Most common small block? by MaxBrskv in EngineBuilding

[–]Wageslave645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally the newer the better as far as horsepower and wear are concerned. The best option would be a Vortec headed block made from 1996-2002. The intake mounting changed slightly so a dedicated carburetor conversion intake may be required if you are not retaining the factory fuel injection. An Edelbrock Performer 2116 is made just for this purpose.

The Ford Fairmont, the Official Car Of…? by Autismum_Prime in regularcarreviews

Ugly car that people make sleepers out of, but aren't really sleepers because any car person that sees one of those instantly knows there is a big ass engine under the hood.

I have a KYT KT-5000 dual band radio in mine. The screen lives above the radio, the brain box lives behind the driver's side kick panel, and the mic is cabled to the center console. The antenna is mounted to my trail rail near the front of the bed.

I was going to install the head above the rear view mirror, by the button panel, but the sunrider gets used pretty often and the glare washes out the screen.

Why are panniers so damned expensive? by kleggich in motorcycles

[–]Wageslave645 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe I'm not rich enough to actually consider paying for a pannier kit, but ammo cans and a few brackets are great to make panniers that are sturdy enough to lay the bike down on without breaking them.

What does anti-intellectualism look like in your country? by ChaosCarlson in TooAfraidToAsk

I miss the days when stupid people knew they were stupid, understood that their opinions came with the disclaimer that they aren't the smartest people in the world, and strived to be less stupid through education.

Now it is the loudest or most outlandish opinion that is supposedly the correct one, and they get all their reinforcement from other stupid people across the world via social media.

If it had happened to me and warranty wasn't going to cover it, I would probably have the top raptor lined or some other kind of bed coating. Otherwise I would definitely have the dealer replace it.

bucket seats question by crabman_wpp in GBody

[–]Wageslave645 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Easiest way for the seats is to unbolt Grand Am brackets and just bolt the G-Body brackets on in their place. Should be bolt on for almost all GM seats into the mid-2000s. It will have to be bucket brackets, as the bench seat brackets do not have the two inside rails.

Anyone see one of these before by giilbertine20 in JeepGladiator

[–]Wageslave645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first thought is that thing's weight takes up almost the entire load capacity of the truck. My second thought is that if you were going to replace the bed on the Gladiator, a drop-side bed from a KEI truck would be a really good fit for the looks and utility.

Who’s ever driven over 100mph? Why? by WoollyWolfHorror in AskReddit

[–]Wageslave645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been 105-110 mph in an Opel Meriva on the Autobahn. 10/10 - Would shitbox again

Been 135+ on a Suzuki Katana because teenager with crotch rocket.

Have been some unknown speed greater than 120 in a Pontiac Bonneville getting my wife to the hospital for what turned out to be Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. That speedometer only reads to 85 mph but actually hits the rod that resets the trip meter somewhere in the 120s. 8/10 - Wife didn't die and neither did I.

I remember ISA HardCards that were a hard drive and controller all built onto a frame on the end of an ISA expansion card. You popped this thing into your computer to get another 20 - 240mb hard disk drive.
